Ready to Support State Issues?

Providers in the states of Illinois and Indiana have decided to employ lobbyists to help move HME specific initiatives in their respective states.  

Each state raises funds to pay for these activities, and we could really use your help!

In Illinois we're working hard to protect reimbursement and stop damaging programs like DME Navigator by implementing a rate floor: and in Indiana we are working to broaden CGM coverage to include DMEs for improved patient choice, access and outcomes, establish policy that supports SB397 affecting CRT payments in skilled nursing facilities,  and securing rate and network protection for new Pathways contracts to support patient choice.
